Tasked with launching Table Five, the upscale new arm of Cappadocia Restaurants, our goal was to define their premium identity. I designed a new brand and built a stunning WordPress website to match. A custom WordPress plugin was developed to deliver dynamic, up-to-date menus and provide seamless, in-person access to allergen information for customers.
I developed the entire brand identity and designed the engaging, public-facing website for Questionable Quizzes. This project delivered a consistent, fun experience for customers. On the operational side, we also developed a custom intranet that digitised their entire workflow, allowing event hosts to manage scheduling and access assets without the use of paper.
My primary focus was running the BW Trophies e-commerce platform and optimising its UI/UX for a smoother customer journey. Crucially, I utilised Liquid template editing to build robust options for bespoke products, making it simple for customers to specify engravings and custom images during the ordering process. This operational and technical work ensured the platform was an efficient and reliable sales channel.
This project involved managing the BW Darts e-commerce store, an extension of the BW Trophies platform. My responsibilities mirrored the main site, including day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal UI/UX, and utilising Liquid template editing to facilitate bespoke product options like custom engraving, maintaining efficient sales and fulfilment across both ventures.
